Does permanent jewelry hurt?

No, we use a high quality, certified safe micro welding machine, for creating the safest permanent jewelry experience possible for our clients. One small spark & the process is done! A leather barrier is put between your skin & the machine to prevent contact. You also get to wear some pretty fancy glasses to protect your eyes!
How durable is permanent jewelry?

Will your chains break?! We warn everyone of catching, pulling & other everyday factors because some people are harder on their jewelry than others! BUT most clients will wear theirs for YEARS with success! The chains are pretty strong for how dainty they are!
Did yours break? We guarantee our welds for 30 days! Otherwise, re-welds are $10.
Can I wear my permanent jewelry in the…?

YEs! This is the benefit of permanent jewelry.
in water? shower, hot tub/ chlorinated pools, ocean = SAfe!
at the gym? yes! how nice to look cute and sparkly when sweaty!
through tsa? Yes! most airports should give you no issues. if you are told you can’t wear, snip at the jump ring, & save for a $10 re-weld.
Do I have to remove for MRI’s or surgeries?
usually medical professionals will require you to remove your permanent jewelry, depending on the procedure. if you do have to remove, simply snip your chain where we welded it together at the jump ring, and save it for us to reattach in the future.

What metal types do you offer?
We offer three metal options to suit every style and budget: sterling silver, gold filled, and 14K solid gold. Sterling silver is a beautiful, affordable option. Gold filled offers a durable, gold-look layer that holds up beautifully over time. 14K solid gold is our most premium option — hypoallergenic, long-lasting, and truly timeless.

Can I add charms/ clasps in the future?
Yes! Permanent jewelry is infinitely customizable, either the day you purchase your jewelry or after the fact. we hope you will continue to join us to customize, stack, and personalize your jewelry to commemorate moments and milestones.

for safety reasons I will not weld permanent jewelry on anyone younger than 5 years of age. all “permanent” jewelry for anyone younger than five can be custom sized and fit with a free clasp.
all minors (under age 16) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Is there an age requirement?
Please note that all purchases of our permanent jewelry are final. we do not offer refunds or exchanges, once the chain is cut at your custom sizing, it is yours!
we are not responsible for any lost jewelry.
